Hi Ajiri, We regret to receive your negative review, but we do not believe the review fairly represents our communications. We organised a 3rd party technician to come and adjust the brackets on your sofa as soon as you have reported the issue to us. The technician was booked for an appointment the following week, and you were provided with a time slot a day before. The technician arrived within the provided time slot, however you were not ready to let him into the property, and the 3rd party technician left the premises to fulfil subsequent appointments. We spoke to yourself the same day, and advised we will reschedule appointment for the first available date, which was the beginning of January. You notified us the time frame was too long, and we advised of an option to rectify the matter independently within a suitable time, and provide us with a receipt. We received a photo of a handwritten receipt which did not reflect the cost of rectifying the issue, which we have queried with you.After receiving our email, you have advised us that sofa was faulty and damaged, which was not mentioned during any of the multiple phonecalls we have had with you within the 3-week period you were in possession of the sofa. You have made multiple demands for refunds, but as soon as we'd agreed to meet your request, you changed your mind and demanded a higher amount. We have remained in contact with you via email for record keeping purposes. Should you wish to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to email us and we will try to resolve any remaining issues you may have as quickly as possible.
