Estimated delivery 15th Dec. Had not arrived by 22nd so chased this & obvious you had forgot to post. The pictures on your website make the necklace look bigger than it is.

Beautiful piece of jewellery I love it

Lovely personalised necklace, great choice of fonts and really helps to see the image of what it will look like before you decide to buy. Arrived quickly and well packed. My daughter will be thrilled...

Good product. Arrived really quickly

I was disappointed that the item I bought was so flimsy and the chain is very thin It was bought for my son so would have liked it a bit chunkier

Prompt and efficient service. I ordered a triple ring personalised necklace for my daughter which arrived in good time. It’s is beautiful, the quality is great and I’m sure she will love it

Got wrong chain's sent, they where very helpful and honest got replacement chains as soon as they received the wrong ones back

Very good service, easy to navigate the website and good value for money
