Hello and thank you for leaving your review. We do show the pendant size/mm on the product page so that all our customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. As per our t&c's it does state that initials are made to order in our UK workshop, people do tend to think that we have all letters in all styles in stock, however, unfortunately we don't, hence not being able to accept your request. Dear Emma, with reference to your reply of Wednesday I have checked the order page on your website and cannot see a statement that says initials are personalised and non refundable also it shows the size as 12mm x 15mm, I have checked the size of the “K” I received and it is actually 12mm x 17mm which does make quite a difference!!
Plus, as I said before the catch on the chain is faulty, it does not close properly every time the pin is pulled back.
With the situation we’ve all been in this last year I have, like many people, relied on on-line purchasing and have felt safe that most reputable companies accept returns without quibble. The experience I’ve had with you makes me feel I should be more cautious in future.
I again ask you, as a good customer relations gesture, to accept the return and refund of these items
