Hello, thank you for your comments, on looking into this for you, one of my colleague's actually took the time to call you (rather than email) as soon as we were advised that the item you chose was out of stock, she also advised that other chains were offered to you, or alternatively she offered if not suitable to cancel and refund you. Ordering and paying was easy but cannot really comment on the product yet as item hasnt yet arrived, but it is now 2 days late so going to give it a couple more days then ring them Wouldn't rate...
