Customer Service not helpful… Royal Mail delivery no idea where but nothing to do with Love Silver. As a customer I would expect them to be more helpful won’t be using them again

Hello, I have checked the email correspondence and it appears that the Room Number was left off/incomplete address was entered at checkout. When the item is returned to us we will be in touch to advise straight away. With kind regards and thanks, Customer Services Manager.
I'm delighted with the value and choice available I will be buying more as required. I like to wear my jewelry layered with certain pieces and lengths up to 30 inches is perfect.
Perfect size necklace.Engraving is clear.
Lovely birthday present for my daughter.
Delivery was prompt and a day earlier.
I will definitely order from Lovesilver again.
