Thanks for being so understanding with this rare but very serious fault with PayPal. We've worked hard to resolve the error and PayPal has reassured us that it will not occur in future.

So sorry to hear you didn't receive your full order. Our website only shows product which is currently in stock so this sounds like a rare packing mistake from our warehouse.
