Haven't received pattern yet - despite paying for first class post!

So sorry to hear you've not yet received your pattern.
We've just refunded your costs and we'll be in touch to ensure that you receive the pattern - or we'll get a replacement to you free of charge.
Sadly your order arrived a little after our despatch deadline on Tuesday so was despatched early the next day. Its been 48 hours since - so you should have received your parcel - 99% arrive next day.
Do let us know if its not there soon and we'll get a replacement sent out.

I previously posted an adverse review of this company when asked for feedback. At that point the pattern ordered had not arrived. When made aware, loveknitting expressed concern about the situation and immediately emailed me. Coincidentally, the pattern arrived shortly after, well packaged and in good condition. I would certainly deal with them again - especially because they care!
