Still haven't received my parcel and the only message received from Long Tall Sally was to say that they won't do anything due to it being a delivery issue. They took my money though.

Replacement Instructions followed by Customer.
A missed opportunity by the warehouse staff to avoid a refund, however LTS have offered to refund the postage on my next order as a form of compensation for their error.

Low quality, waste of money
LTS has been terrible since it stopped selling non-LTS brands. Two pairs of pants both the same size can fit drastically differently, regardless of style differences. I will never purchase anything...
