Good clothes, just wish they were more accessible
I just truly, always wish there was a physical shop selling LTS instead of us tall girls having to shop online, pay delivery, then sort returns, instead of being able to try on and make decisions...

A great idea for tall ladies but let down by poor quality and dodgy fees
Awful customer service. Initially refused to refund a delivery fee and then eventually did as a good will gesture when pushed - despite it being against the law to refuse.
