Great clothes that fit in all the right places for a tall gal
No response back from email about the incorrect color boots being sent. I love the boots, but afraid to order again and try to get the brown out of fear I’ll receive another pair of black.

ordered the same size I have ordered before, and them came really big.
Took a few tries to get the mailing label to return them. Why it did not work the first time, I will never know.

No response when asking to exchange them for the correct size. Maybe when ordering it's not is US sizes. I really want the boots but they came two sizes too big. I ordered size 8 but received...

Great, smart trousers, in the colour tones of the season.
I ordered and had free delivery to my local Yours' store. As always, the staff were friendly and helpful. The parcel took about five days to arrive - I am based in Northern Ireland.
