Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
I have checked the tracking details, and delivery has been attempted on 4 separate occasions at the delivery address that you provided.
I can see you also haven't contacted us since dispatch to advise of any issues, thus not giving us a chance to rectify the issue.
We will now contact both yourself and the courier to arrange redelivery on a date when somebody will be at the property to sign for the parcel.
