Products not checked before posting to customer. Unsure if the products came from Amazon or Lisa Angel as all of the correspondence I’ve received is from Amazon.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback.I can confirm that we use Amazon Shipping as one of our delivery couriers. All orders come directly from our warehouse at Lisa Angel, not Amazons. You would have received correspondence from Amazon in regards to the delivery, like Royal Mail provides, but confirmation/dispatch emails have come from us.
