Key supplied has already been used. No response yet to my request for a replacement key

Download link was immediate. License key took about an hour to be received. Have requested a VAT receipt and after a week am still awaiting a reply.

Did not reply to my e-mails when I was having problems loading and activating the software. In the end I went on line and Microsoft helped me........Far from perfect !!!!!
