Shipping was fast and lower$ than other sites. The ladder itself is more stable than the last 3 we owned. A little extra money goes a long way with pool ladders!
Packaging is a little bit to be desired. When I opened the box there was pool chemical all over the inside the box and leaking out of the bottom.
