Goods arrived quickly.(15 bulbs). However one did not work and they asked for it to be returned.. Too much hassle for one bulk. No offer to send a replacement. Not so good.

Good morning and thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that one of the units was received defective, and after viewing the mail correspondence it appears that my colleague had asked in that a return request be submitted, however with the fault being simply one unit we would not require for this to be returned. I have requested in that a replacement be sent and this should be with you within the next 48 hours. Should you require any additional support please let me know.
