Yes, I really kicked off a fuss with one of our biggest suppliers over the free Appearance Pack not being on the vehicle when it arrived in stock. I know the only other option didn't really work with the lead times and so you chose to take delivery of the vehicle, but I know that the free optional extra was one of the things that was so good about the deal.
