Take a while to sort and due to my son needing item for uni had to buy a 2nd rather than replacement and push for refunds on both as neither were new as advertised

The item was delivered on time but one rubber foot was missing from the bottom. I was given a refund of £10 to buy a set of rubber set and fitx it myself.

We never received the Norton as it wasn’t in the package. We’ve been unable to contact Laptops Direct as it constantly says their account is undergoing maintenance and why should I pay 13p a minute...
