Lakeside Hire have sincerely apologised for the problems that occurred on collection and they have made improvements. I received a call from a lovely lady called Michaela Bartlett who was very empathetic and resolved my complaint. I have now decided to change my experience to 5 stars and will purchase with them again in the future and recommend to others as well.
