Very good, fairly easy to use and clear directions when speaking to someone on the phone

Customer service was fine, but I waited for 40 mins for my car on I’d collected my bags, it took me 10 mins to get to the car park and then I stood in the car park for another 30 mins awaiting....

Kwik park all guys were very professional.. Car was returned in same condition.. Would definitely use again..
