HORRIBLE customer service!!! I kept asking the same question in countless e mails and never got an answer to the question I was asking! You list that it is possible to return an item to a US address...

I wore my bag once and it broke- I had to return and pay for the return myself. Free returns should be included.

Order arrived timely, well packaged and in immaculate condition. All packing materials were recyclable which was appreciated.

They wouldn’t do an e change so I returned the bag over a week ago and have heard nothing.
