Did not get the product and the company did not reply to my email
The product didn't arrive, and the company didn't answer my email. Not such a good experience.

Hi Tomer,
Thank you for your feedback. I have checked with our customer service team and can't see an email from yourself, having searched for you name, order number and the email address used with your order.
I have also checked the tracking for your order and it states that delivery was attempted on March 3rd and notes were left as to how to obtain your parcel.
If you still haven't claimed it please let us know by emailing admin@kiniki.com
