Sorry if you have found the service we have provide unacceptable. We have fed this review back to the relevant team so ensure this does not happen again. Regarding your payment, our system shows that this money was never taken out of your account but we have also implemented safeguards to ensure that duplicate payments are not taken from any account in the future.
