I communicated with a sales rep through the chat and he answered my questions and even helped me to add a single shelf to my order despite them being bundled as pairs.

I think Kernel should find a new supplier for their hang tracks. The shelves shipped and arrived promptly but the hang tracks and standards still haven’t shipped, so I can’t really review the product!
