Good Afternoon, Thank you for providing your product feedback. When purchasing a Kenwood food processor it's always easy to think why do I need all these parts until you actually use them and then you realise why have I never had thought of this. :) Ensuring the machine is simple to use if a main focus when any product design happens so we apologise if you have found it somewhat difficult.
