I was disappointed to discover that I had lost the points I had accrued under the loyalty scheme now they have put a new discount scheme in place.

Hi, if you phone through stating the number of points accumulated we will of course honour the discount accrued. The loyalty point scheme has been replaced with a direct discount for orders above £50. I notice you have claimed a 5% discount on this order Regards Peter Peter

Quality seed makes happy birds

Cannot fault the service from Kennedy's, the order is always delivered on time and the staff in the office are conscientious is picking up any "faults" in the order.
