Thank you for your feedback Karen and we are sorry to hear about the challenges that occurred back in 2019 when we initially collected your goods. Our website is a useful estimation tool but not always accurate, which is why we always recommend you speak with a sales adviser first which you did. Thank you for providing us with a detailed list of items that you needed to store, our customers often have the need to store more than they originally anticipated which can result in needing more space on the day however this is optional. From looking at your booking we returned 24 hours later to collect the remainder of your items and this was resolved over the phone. I can see the picture you have attached is from after your access and not from when we collected the goods, we have since resolved this insurance issue with you and have replaced the broken mirrors.
