Thank you for leaving your feedback albeit negative. Your order was placed during the peak Christmas ordering season when delivery services were limited. Your order was despatched on the very same day to you and overseas deliveries on the Royal Mail service that was chosen at the time of ordering take between 7-14 working days. I have tracked this for you and can see this was delivered on 04/01/2016.
