The service I received was excellent. After having trouble purchasing on their website I rang them and not only did they apologise and give me discount as goodwill but I received my parcel in two...

Sorry to hear of the exeptional case that one toothbrush created a splinter. This information has been passed back to Hydrophil. We offered you a replacement which you politely declined.
Hydrophil brushes have been redesigned to use different paints in December ‘17 and again in March ‘18 to now use 100% plant-based bristles - fantastic.

Very good communication. Quick dispatch. Products are awesome they are gift so haven't used them. Nice personal touch by email and on invoice. Love the idea of the company.
