They let me know that there would be a delay with my purchases because of a supplier issue due to weather, but it still arrived very quickly and I loved the packaging!
Sorry to hear you have not received your parcel. The Tracking information says the parcel was delivered to you or a neighbour on the 5th Jan. I will contact you. Please contact us for package tracing enquiries rather than leave a review here.

The Post Office messed up the delivery, and Natasha at AndKeep couldn’t do enough to help locate the parcel and have it delivered. Fantastic service! Thank you!
