Information was given on when the order would be processed and dispatched, the products arrived shortly afterwards with minimal packaging (no plastic in sight!) and in perfect condition. Thank you!
Maybe I missed an earlier notice when ordering from this website, but I didn't pick up until after I'd paid that the good people were away and not dealing with orders till their return three days...
