Viners bertie bear cutlery occasionally arrives with a batch of unpolished knives, this is a manufacturer fault which should have been picked up on the quality check and has recently been discovered.
We are more than happy to send a replacement just contact us with your order number.

It would be a very nice gesture if you follow up your offer to provide a replacement knife for the one that was un polished. I am afraid I cannot find the paperwork with the order number on that you request but my order was sent 23 rd Oct 2012 and my address is 54 Garendon Green , Loughborough, Leics, LE11 4QA.
