I can see that you ran out of characters when placing the order. The entire process is computerised and we copy and paste the customers message into the engraving machines from the order confirmation to avoid any human error.
We usually correct obvious misspellings and the spell checker picks them out to make them obvious with a red underline, however "Bi" is a word and wouldn't have been highlighted - but I think we could of picked it out in the quality check.
However I am happy to send you another glass free of charge with the full engraving. Please contact me if this is suitable.
We have 99% postive feedback on Feefo and 5 star ratings on other independent sites so please see this as a one of oversight - I don't want to lose a highly valued customer.
