The order was delayed slightly due to the fact that the submitted logo was not quite up to standard and needed redrawing to remove a gradient which obscured the text, if it was engraved with the original artwork the final result would not have been up to our standards. The process is a little time consuming but I'm glad you were happy with the result which I delayed despatch by 1 working day.
