Colour sent was grey, not black as ordered. Spoke to a lady over phone who did an investigation as to why, said would refund half the money, still waiting for this to enter my bank account

Hi, I have left you a voicemail with my contact details, but just to let you know the refund was processed on 9th May and this can take around 5 working days to show in your bank account, depending on who you bank with.
