Pleased with storage and very helpful and friendly staff
Would have rated you excellent, except for lights going out every couple of minutes. When you're trying to work up a ladder and have to get down constantly to switch the lights on again it's a risk...

Thank you so much for your feedback. All lights in the storage area are triggered by movement sensors that ensure that we do not waste electricity and go towards improving our environmental footprint. That said, there is no reason why the time delay on the sensor on the corridor where your storage room is located can not be turned up to the maximum time delay. Hence I have instructed this to be changed straight away. Hopefully you will not have any cause for falling off ladders again!
