Failed to reply to my request for referral for physiotherapy

Dear PatientThank you for your review. We would provide all details of private physios to the patient who would arrange their own physio and any associated payments directly. Once a physio has been booked then we would as a matter of course send a referral to them. We work very closely with all the local private physios in the community. We have no tenure within the NHS so we would be unable to make any referrals to NHS physios as this can only be done by a patients GP.
