Unfortunately we cannot alter the amount or frequency of renewal letters, however I would be happy to stop these altogether if you would prefer?
With regards to the magazine arriving without an envelope, I can switch you over to a plain envelope delivery for any future copies which should ensure the copies do not arrive damaged.
I can also send a replacement copy or extend your subscription to compensate for the damaged copy. Please let me know which one you would prefer.
