Hello! We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. We can assure you that it was posted out to you on November 16 which is when you received the dispatch confirmation. We have tracked the parcel and been in contact with Royal Mail, and they now consider it a "missing parcel". As per your request a full refund of your payment has been issued and we have tried to contact you to make sure the payment has been received.
