We are sorry that the offer was not applied to your original booking there was a problem with our system not picking up the offer. We were please to be able to help once you called our office. The reservation was sent to the hotel with the offer applied to it. We are delighted to hear that they were in a position to sort the problem on arrival and are pleased to hear you enjoyed your short break in Jersey

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at the Pomme D'or and that you found the food to be excellent
After a cancellation - due to weather - it did take a while to obtain the right invoice that we needed for boarding. However they did upgrade our seating on Condor Liberation.

All aspects were as described. Check in transfers accommodation and food.
Reminder of holiday was received just before travel which I found very useful.
Our team living in the Channel Islands know the islands and the hotels very well. You will always be able to talk to someone who has personally visited the accommodation that interests you.
