A small detail that hadn’t been noticed by staff - the homeward flight was changed to an earlier time but the check in time hadn’t been changed.

We are pleased you enjoyed your room and breakfast at the Radisson Hotel. We have passed your comments to the hotel who have assured us that their Front of House staff should have been able to assist you in booking a restaurant for your evening meal they have apologised that this service was not offered to you. Unfortunately over the Christmas period hotels do not always keep C.I.Travel Group informed of the functions taking place in the hotel.
I cannot fault the booking service or administration with Jersey Travel, however, they should research the hotels they offer. The Radisson Blu is a lovely well located premise, but on the first 2...

We have passed your comments to the Radisson Hotel they have assure us that had they been asked they would have been happy to assist with booking a suitable restaurant in St Helier for you. Unfortunately hotels do not keep us informed of functions or parties that are taking place in the hotel especially over the Christmas Party season.

The Revere is a small family run hotel which offers good value for money in a central location.
Good all round service from booking the tothe return home.

Excellent my mum and her friend are in 80,s and the hotel made sure there room was a twin and that they were near a lift. Very helpful and accomodating.
Our team living in the Channel Islands know the islands and the hotels very well. You will always be able to talk to someone who has personally visited the accommodation that interests you.
