Overall experience was good, but no information about tickets for ferry. Had to contact Condor to find out what the joining procedure was.

Booking was easy. When I had a query it was dealt with quickly & kindly. We had a great service from the airline. We appreciated being able to include arrangements for transfers. The hotel Norfolk....
