Thank you for the feedback on your recent stay in Jersey. Like most hotels in Jersey, they are older buildings adapted into hotels rather than being purpose built this can influence that facilities offered. We do hope that you enjoyed your stay.
The only reason we gave 4stars is because the Battle of The Flowers information was misleading as we were dropped of 3miles from our stand by the hotels curtesy bus & my wife who has a breathing...

We are sorry that you felt the Battle of Flowers information was misleading, we can confirm that transfers to/from the parade are not included as part of the package, this was highlighted at the time of booking and in the letter accompanying the tickets. We do hope that this did not detract from your enjoyment.
