Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you had issues with your return journey and as you are aware we started an immediate investigation with Condor as to why your booking had been cancelled. On speaking to Condor they assured us that they would do their best to get you on the ferry as booked and I was informed that you had in fact sailed. We very much appreciate the inconvenience caused and Condor have advised they are looking in to the matter and provided accommodation at their cost.We do hope that despite the delayed return you enjoyed your holiday in the Channel Islands.
Easy to book good flights hotel not bad a bit dated short staffed. ,Left neat bleach round toilet.from cleaning bang went a pair of trousers reported just said sorry

Service was good. Fairly helpful when I had to phone regarding boarding passes. Second phone call was more helpful.

Everything went very smoothly. Jersey Travel was same price as other travel sites but they gave a free meal on one of the nights. The meal was lovely so it was a great deal.
