Very easy booking over the telephone. The helpful lady recommended a different hotel, The Mayfair, that was far better than the one we had chosen. Everything went as organised. Highly recommended.

When we arrived at the ferry our booking hadn’t been transferred to our new date as we had to cancel our original date due to COVID. We would not have been allowed on the ferry if it had been full....
