I have booked via Jersey Travel a number of time and found it to be very easy to book what we require and a great deal.

Not cheap and not helpful when asked to have reminder sent when balance is due

Thank you for your feedback.
This must be a misunderstanding as the reminders are sent automatically. Otherwise, we hope you had a wonderful time in Jersey :)

Jerseytravel에 대한 Mr K Vaines의 의견:
Booking is extremely easy with lots of accommodation options. Flights with blue islands are at really convenient times from our nearest regional airport.

One thing I forgot to mention that I was reminded of reading other reviews after responding was that I too found problems with booking online with the payment by my credit card freezing and therefore not completing. Leaving me unsure if I’d been debited or not.
I decided after a couple of failed attempts to book online to contact you by telephone and make the booking by speaking directly to a person after which no problems at all and excellent service.

A faultless holiday. Excellent hotel accommodation and service from Jersey Travel. Attention to detail even going as far as notifying of changes in travel times with the ferry. First class service...
