Mornington Hotel was recommended to us but when I went online, they didn't have the dates we were looking for. I then phoned Jersey Travel who said they would sort it out, rang us back in minutes...

I felt we were fully informed with enough details for our holiday. The emails were excellent. I also had to contact Jersey travel to help with arrangements for our flight.

No update sent to us about delayed travel. Called after the trip to inquire about delayed ferry and gave a call back number which wasn't used on the first attempt.

Nothing too much trouble.
