I had paid extra for next day delivery on Wednesday 29th for an event happening on Saturday to be extra safe, yet my parcel never arrived until Monday - 5 days later.

Never received item &poor customer service when trying to get a refund
My order never arrived, when I emailed the help line asking for a refund they didn’t respond for days. Really poor customer service and I still don’t have a refund. Also paid for next day delivery
