Jackson's Art Supplies 리뷰

Thank you for your comments. Our website is ever evolving and we are working to make loading speeds faster as well as adding more and more information regarding the products, including more photos, videos and leaflet PDFs. It is always worth visiting back as things are constantly being added and improved! I am sorry you have found the passwords tricky, if you ever click on the 'forgotten your password' button you will find that a replacement password comes through to your inbox faster than many other websites, and you can then change it back to your preferred password via the 'my account' section of the site ready for when you wish to log in again in the future. Delighted to hear that you have found our staff to be a pleasure to deal with - they are on the phones 6 days a week and always happy to help in any way they can!

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. Encouraging words are always appreciated by everyone at Jackson's. Kind regards, Jackson's Art Supplies

Thank you for your feedback. Our usual delivery time is 2-5 working days and we also offer a special next day service for an additional £5 to UK mainland addresses. All our delivery information can be viewed here: http://www.jacksonsart.com/information.php?info_id=2 I apologise if it states anywhere else on the site something different, and if you can spare a moment to email on webteam@jacksonsart.co.uk the location of any contradictory information we would be hugely grateful. We endeavour to dispatch orders on the day that they were placed but unfortunately during some busy spells this is not always possible (but the delivery time of 2-5 working days is almost always achieved). We also endeavour to contact all customers asap via telephone or email with regard to out of stock items and I shall look into why this did not happen for you and ask the team to be a little more communicative! Once again, we appreciate your comments and thank you for your custom.
