Just a update . It is now 14 month after accident which was a minor one and my case is still ongoing . Receive all kind of excuses from them . Your solicitor was in hospital , third party never receive our letter and so on ....
You should think twice if you want to deal with them .
IV used them before and the performance there did was a 100 and ten percent that is why I'm using them again like my dad always said to me if it ant broken don't fix it and I will always stay with...
they made me feel at ease straight away.they were quick at sending correspondence out and getting the insrance to get me a phisio app for the 9th March just waiting to here from them again after...
Not too fantastic up to now really. They have all the information put in incorrectly on my online form . I have rung up a few times to try and correct everything but gotten nowhere.
