Customer service wasn’t good no response to email about poor quality of gold charms I bought that wanted to return. Still no communication after a week. Shame really as there silver stuff is good...

Sorry you are not happy with the gold filled charms. Due to the nature of how gold filled is made, it cannot be cast like sterling silver and the charms need to be stamped from gold filled sheet.
Also please note that we did reply to your email the same morning that we received it. Please check your junk/spam box as sometimes our emails end up in there when to Yahoo email accounts. Sorry you missed it. I will try to follow up with a phone call.

Sorry you are not happy with the gold filled charms. Due to the nature of how gold filled is made, it cannot be cast like sterling silver and the charms need to be stamped from gold filled sheet hence the hollow nature of the charms.
